Hey, I’m Camille.
I started my career in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine at a busy Toronto hospital, where I learned how to lead teams through organized chaos (and discovered that I kind of thrive in it). From there, I shifted into community care, administering biologics to kids and adults living with autoimmune conditions — a role that deeply shaped my understanding of what it means to deliver truly patient-centered care.
While completing my graduate studies, I continued to build my scope and stepped into primary care, eventually becoming an early adopter of virtual care before it became the norm during the pandemic. What started as a solution for stretched community resources evolved into a national movement — and I had the privilege of helping shape it.
I’m a bilingual NP, fully licensed in Ontario and Québec. I value the importance of delivering care in both of Canada’s official languages, and I bring a deep understanding of the unique provincial contexts in these regions — alongside a national perspective that informs every project I take on.
Since then, I’ve led large multidisciplinary clinical teams across Canada, both virtually and in person. I’ve worked across product and program development, clinical operations, analytics, enterprise strategy, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory compliance, and government relations — all with one goal: to help clinicians deliver excellent, evidence-based care with less friction and more impact.
I love exploring how technology, LLMs, and AI can empower healthcare teams to do just that — work smarter, cut down on admin, and spend more time doing what called them to this profession in the first place. Whether the impact is at the bedside or the systems level, I’m driven by the belief that better care is always possible — and I’m here to help build it.
